The general areas were tastefully decorated with a touch of traditional Ardennes atmosphere, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to the main areas and facilities, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps some extra support or guidance specifically tailored for older individuals would make the vacation experience even better.

Possibly the best and very enjoyable stay on both nights of our stay. Top and peaceful location in a perfect area so close to The Grottes tram station as well as 300 m from the departure for Han caves. Brand-new and reasonably large room with all the amenities, bunk beds, nice dining table, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure. The staff were so accommodating with our pet and the suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we appreciated the little touches like complimentary water in the room. The pool was breathtaking and well-maintained. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and the terrace was a great place to relax.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern, and comfy. We loved the pool area and the delicious breakfast served on the terrace. The location was perfect for exploring the area, surrounded by beautiful greenery.

Our last night was a bit of a bummer as our door got stuck. Unfortunately, we were not able to get access to our room or our belongings until the next morning.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff, all with excellent English skills. The hotel is conveniently located near everything in the area, and the rooms are amazingly spacious and comfortable, with modern decorations and super comfy beds. The breakfast options are great, and can be served "take away" or on the terrace. The hotel also has a beautifully decorated kids' area, as well as a bar and restaurant open until 10PM. The view from our room on the highest floor was breathtaking, with a perfect view of the church's tower. The interior design throughout the hotel is stylish and tasteful, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even surprised my husband with a birthday decoration in the room and a candle on his cake! our experience at this brand new hotel was nothing short of mind-blowing.

Staff is welcoming and provided a surprise for my husband's birthday. Family suite had spacious and comfortable beds. Enjoyable swimming pool and good food. Room 144 had bunk beds for privacy, a kitchen area, and a main bedroom. Good options for dining nearby.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, right in the centre of a beautiful area and close to The Grottes tram station. It is perfect for those who want to visit the caves or the wild park. The breakfast is good enough and the WiFi is surprisingly good in the reception area and in the rooms.
